Agribusiness, Producers and Paulsen Attend Dakotafest

August 18, 2017

The wind, rain and mud didn’t deter our region’s producers from attending the 21st annual Dakotafest in Mitchell, South Dakota, August 15-17.

Several Paulsen team members were also part of the activities. Danita Tegethoff, account activity manager, Alix Pearson, account coordinator and Allyse Steffen, account specialist, visited with clients and attended presentations. They may have also enjoyed SDSU ice cream, Farm Bureau steak sandwiches and donuts made with soybean oil.

Many Paulsen clients look forward to the engagement and interaction with their customers and owner members at this annual event.

“Dakotafest is one of the best opportunities for us to get out and talk to South Dakota soybean farmers about the soybean checkoff and the South Dakota Soybean Association,” said Sarah Tveidt, South Dakota Soybean communications director.

Other Paulsen clients exhibiting at the show were Curry Seed, SDSU Extension, Cutting Edge Ag, Nortec Seed and South Dakota Touchstone Energy Cooperatives.
