Contours Debuts on SDPB

Contours is a 30-minute TV program produced by the South Dakota State University (SDSU) College of Agricultural and Biological Sciences and SDSU Extension in partnership with Paulsen and distributed online through iGrow.org.
Show topics include important issues in the agricultural industry and in the state of South Dakota. The episodes are aired monthly on South Dakota Public Broadcasting and give SDSU Extension the opportunity to lead conversations and educate the public about topics happening right now in South Dakota.
“Contours brings together experts from SDSU Extension, South Dakota State University and our partners throughout the state to provide South Dakota’s crop and livestock producers with analysis and insights focused on the various challenges we face in agriculture today,” said Barry Dunn, South Dakota Corn Utilization Council endowed dean of the SDSU College of Agriculture and Biological Sciences, SDSU Extension director.
SDSU Extension’s expertise and research are the cornerstone of every Contours program. Thought leaders, industry experts and other guests join SDSU experts in a lively dialogue aimed at answering critical industry questions or delivering fresh perspectives on current topics.
Livestock development is one topic that is gaining momentum through various projects as well as recent legislative and regulatory actions. The economic impact of livestock development affects every state resident and multiple industries.
