She is passionate about understanding customer needs and finding innovative technologies that enhance the livelihood of the agricultural community and provide a safe and sustainable global food supply. Tranzillo visits with host Sara Steever about her childhood, networking, mentoring, listening and some of her career challenges.

Senior Consultant with The Context Network, Amy Tranzillo has 20 years of strategic marketing experience within the animal health and agribusiness industries. She has a deep understanding of the global animal health market and has worked to develop and commercialize a number of innovative pharmaceuticals, vaccines and nutrition products for livestock around the globe. Prior to starting her consulting business, Amy held management roles in new product development, regional marketing and global marketing analytics at Zoetis (formerly Pfizer Animal Health). Tranzillo grew up 40 miles from New York City and as a child wanted to be a veterinarian. She earned her bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Delaware.
