As principal of Radson Company, Linda Rader specializes in strategy and marketing for global and domestic business-to-business and business-to-consumer brands. Previously she was head of global marketing at Genus and spent 10 years at Merial in a variety of roles including head of marketing excellence and senior director of international marketing. She began her career in sales at American Cyanamid. Rader earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Although her grandfather was a farmer, she had no exposure to agriculture and “never expected” to work in the industry.
