Content Packages and Brand Management for East River Electric

As a regional Touchstone Energy® Cooperative, East River Electric is comprised of 22 member cooperatives in eastern South Dakota and western Minnesota.

One of the ways Paulsen helps East River Electric is by creating monthly content packages for member cooperatives to use to communicate with their customers.

Content packages can include print ads, articles, web sliders, Facebook posts and videos on a variety of important topics.

The two video examples below address energy efficiency—one containing tips for summer and the other for winter. Member cooperatives use these videos on their websites, in enewsletters and in social media.

Paulsen has also provided East River Electric with Platform B, our proprietary brand management platform. This tool enables East River to conveniently distribute content packages (and other marketing assets, such as logos) to all member cooperatives.

Within Platform B, the member cooperatives can easily customize their content by adding their own logos and additional information while upholding brand standards. The platform allows users to view the customized marketing assets in real time with Instant Preview™.
