Paulsen Attends Sunbelt Ag Expo to Learn About Fencing

November 5, 2018

How far will Paulsen go to kick off a new client relationship? Paulsen team members Allyse Steffen, account specialist, and Mark Smither, VP, strategic director, recently traveled to Moultrie, Ga., to attend the Sunbelt Ag Expo and meet with the folks from Bekaert.

“There is no better way to learn about a new client than to attend one of their most important trade shows,” says Mark. “It gave us a chance to meet their sales team, learn about their products and see firsthand what makes Bekaert Fencing such a respected brand in the industry.”

Bekaert hosted daily seminars to demonstrate the proper technique for building and tensioning braces, the most essential part of any fencing installation. These demonstrations were a great way to highlight Bekaert’s premier partner, Gripple®, an innovative system of joiners and tensioning tools designed to make quick work of any fencing project.

The Sunbelt Ag Expo is considered the largest farm show in America, featuring over 1,200 exhibitors that attract thousands of farmers and rural lifestylers to the 100-acre show site. According to Expo news reports, despite the onslaught of Hurricane Michael less than a week before show opening, the majority of vendors reported having a very productive show, boasting record sales to Expo visitors.
