Big Iron, Big Success

September 17, 2019

Paulsen clients were well represented at the 2019 Big Iron Farm Show in Fargo, N.D. Great Plains Manufacturing, Peterson Farms Seed and AgLeader all exhibited their new products and innovations to farmers in the region.

On Tuesday of the show, the Northern Prairie NAMA chapter held its annual social, which had a record attendance of 60. Sara Steever, Paulsen president and National NAMA president elect, spoke to the group about the impact NAMA can have at the national, regional, local and university levels.

The highlight of the event was the presentation by the NDSU Student NAMA Chapter of their product and marketing plan that won first place at the April 2019 NAMA Agri-Marketing conference. More than 30 student chapters competed, many from much larger universities with more established traditions of participating.

SDSU students were also in attendance, and both teams shared insights and their excitement about preparing for the 2020 competition, to be held in San Diego.

Paulsen is a proud supporter of NAMA and the SDSU and NDSU student chapters. We look forward to helping them enjoy another successful competition!
