Go Big or Go Home: Paulsen’s Awesome Ag Day Celebration

One of Paulsen’s traditions is to celebrate Ag Day every March 14 with breakfast at the office.

But this wasn’t just any old breakfast. It was more like a sumptuous spread for a small army.

“We like to show our appreciation for farmers by enjoying all of the food groups—and pretty much all of the food,” said VP, Client Services Marcus Squier.

This year’s chefs were Director of First Impressions Elise Hickey; Interactive Designer/Front End Developer Ryan Velgersdyk; Digital Project Manager Tom Kamnikar; Account Coordinator Alix Pearson; VP, Creative Services Mike Dowling and President Sara Steever.

The menu included scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, pancakes, fruit salad, juice, coffee, plus syrup, butter and strawberry syrup for the pancakes and two types of coffee creamer.

The Paulsen staff did their part by stepping up and scarfing down this awesome meal.

While there’s rarely any shortage of food at Paulsen, the Ag Day breakfast went above and beyond expectations.

Thanks to the farmers who produce our food and to the volunteers who prepared our food.
