Minneapolis Welcomes Agri-Marketers for NAMA Fall Conference

Millennials are now the largest generation in the workforce—and were a major topic of discussion at the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA) Fall Conference in Minneapolis earlier this month.

Sara Steever, president; Allyse Steffen, account specialist; and Sarah Hill, public relations specialist; represented Paulsen at the three-day event. The conference included networking opportunities, a tour and outstanding workshops on utilizing data in marketing, among other topics.

The speakers at the NAMA Fall Conference were outstanding. Ryan Jenkins spoke on engaging millennials in the workplace and how to do that from a marketing perspective. Jay Acunzo talked about three ways to break out of the typical ways of thinking about marketing to help your clients—and businesses—succeed. The closing speaker was Tim Scott, senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Land O’Lakes, who discussed how Land O’Lakes is revitalizing its marketing efforts and brand on a massive, exciting and innovative scale.
