Paulsen Aligns Culture for 2020

Culture is a driver of success in any organization, and to foster our culture, this year Paulsen held our all-agency event at Roam in Sioux Falls, S.D.

Align is a day we set aside specifically for planning, learning and team-building; its purpose is to create a future-proof agency.

This year we focused on sharing our strategic framework across the agency. As our clients’ markets shift, we project services and build a solid knowledge base to stay ahead of trends, prioritize data and bring back what actually matters to our clients. When we have the opportunity to learn together, both our team and our clients benefit.

We also use Align as an opportunity to capitalize on the strengths of our team members through CliftonStrengths. Everyone on the team knows their full 34 strengths, and we are gaining a better understanding of how they enhance our team dynamics and client service.

Capping the event was a social at Vinyl Taco with shuffleboard, ping pong, happy hour food and drinks.
