“If you enjoy what you do, it’s not work.” –Cindy Cunningham

Assistant Vice President of Communications for the National Pork Board, Cunningham has truly found her sweet spot. And she’s still actively involved in the family livestock and grain farm where she grew up.

In her role at the National Pork Board, Cunningham does critical communications work, such as coordinating the response to H1N1 in 2009, responding to numerous activist undercover videos and more. She has been with the National Pork Board since 2001; previously she was with the National Pork Producers Council. Cunningham grew up on her family’s livestock and grain farm in Iowa, where she is still actively involved. She graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in agricultural journalism.
