Global communication leader at Johnson & Johnson, Cisek is a strategist whose business insights have fueled product launches, multi-billion-dollar spin-offs, acquisitions and transformations for leading companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech, consumer products and business-to-business arenas. Her experience includes all aspects of strategic and corporate communications, with an emphasis on change communications, thought leadership and stakeholder engagement. Cisek tells her story to Sara Steever, touching on leadership lessons, coping with change and finding work that’s challenging and fulfilling.

Global communication leader at Johnson & Johnson, Cisek works on the Global Corporate Affairs team. Previously she was head of U.S. communications at Zoetis, where she was responsible for corporate and business unit communications strategies, executive sponsor of the Zoetis Diversity & Inclusion Council and chair of the Antibiotic Stewardship Thought Leadership Initiative. Before joining Zoetis, she was COO/partner at TagTeam Global, an integrated marketing agency, and also served in other senior-level roles at global communications consultancies. She graduated from the University of Kansas with degrees in journalism and Spanish. Cisek is a Women in Agribusiness Ambassador.
