Sarena Lin is President, Cargill Feed & Nutrition and responsible for serving customers and leading more than 11,000 employees across nearly 30 countries.

Prior to joining Cargill in 2011, Lin was a partner with McKinsey & Company in Taipei and New York, working with more than 30 global companies in various industries, and a sales representative at Procter & Gamble. She holds an M.B.A. in strategy from the Yale School of Management, a Master of Arts in international relations from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in computer science from Harvard University. Lin visits with Sara Steever about leadership strategies and the ag industry.

Lin joined Cargill in 2011 as corporate vice president of strategy and business development; she led a team providing global strategy and mergers and acquisitions support at the enterprise level. Today she is President of Cargill Feed & Nutrition. She spent the previous 14 years with McKinsey & Company in Taipei and New York, working with more than 30 global companies in various industries. Lin holds an M.B.A. in strategy from the Yale School of Management, a Master of Arts in international relations from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in computer science from Harvard University. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Greater Twin Cities United Way and Perspectives, Inc. Additionally, she is a member of the Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable and was named one of the Top 10 Corporate Women in Minnesota in 2014.
