Susanne Veatch, Kinze Manufacturing, Inc.

June 27, 2018

“Having a family of my own, I really started to learn about balance and priorities. I’ve had to learn to create some boundaries so it’s not just all about my work.” –Susanne Veatch

The daughter of Kinze’s founder, Jon Kinzenbaw, Veatch grew up around the business. Her father allowed her to sit in on meetings, which sparked her interest in someday joining the company. However, before she could join, her father said she would have to go somewhere else and become successful first. Veatch talks to host Sara Steever about her parents, her childhood and her career.
