“I really encourage women especially to try to build a network outside of their immediate work group. Your ability to get that next job or promotion depends on how many people know you, especially if you’re at a large company.” –Susanne Wasson

Susanne was involved in numerous activities in high school and had many chores to take care of on the farm that taught her about work ethic. She says she’s not one to worry about how many hours are in the day, just making sure she does the best job she can. Susanne talked with Sara Steever about her background, her upward path at Dow and how to build an effective network.
