“All the things I’ve done aren’t because I’m a woman in agriculture. It’s because I’m a farmer. I farm, and I promote agriculture.” –Theresia Gillie

Gillie joined the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association in 2008 and rose through the ranks to become president in June 2016. She is also co-owner, with her husband, of Gillie Grain, a fourth-generation family farm in northwest Minnesota that produces soybeans, wheat and sunflowers. Gillie and host Sara Steever talk about farming, learning, working hard and mentoring women.
