Paulsen’s initial project for Midwest Dairy was an in-depth research study and a comprehensive, year-long strategic planning process.

Input from farmers, staff and dairy industry partners led to a reshaping of the organization’s focus. The new direction works to bring dairy to life for consumers and provide them with an excellent dairy experience.

Paulsen led the process and dialogue that resulted in Midwest Dairy creating a new vision and mission statement. We then helped operationalize the strategic plan by creating a new logo for Midwest Dairy.

The new logo conveys the timelessness of dairy farming and reminds consumers that dairy is, and always will be, wholesome and enjoyable.

Paulsen also created a video to introduce the new logo.

Paulsen created Midwest Dairy’s 2017 annual report.
